Well, I just ordered the Rugby II.....I hope its tough as my Rugby I. My Rugby I was the toughest phone I have ever owned!! I ran over it with my police car 3x, placed underwater about 100X, dug a four wheeler out of the mud with it, threw it across a large parking lot ( on a dare)....I simple put the Rugby I through pure hell!! You can't kill this phone......I will report back on the punishment of my new phone. Look on Youtube about these phones....hope this helps

This cell phone has problems with the loudspeaker picking up static on the line and disconnecting during phone conversations. It also has a problem with picking up and losing the voice of the person on the other end of the phone.Voices fades even when the phone is fully charged.
